Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to maintain a polished, efficient retail environment and exceptional client experience.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment to ensure merchandise availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and ensure accurate event execution.
- Assist sales team in delivering outstanding client service and help achieve store sales and conversion objectives.
- Maintain operational standards, loss-prevention practices and store safety policies to protect clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and provide reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize operational tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and convey product knowledge.
- Availability to meet required weekly shift minimums and to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles, with demonstrable proficiency in inventory handling, merchandising support and customer service.
