Sephora in Deerfield, IL seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, visual merchandising and daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and supports events and campaigns.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and help achieve store sales targets through operational excellence.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative store culture by assisting teammates, communicating proactively and supporting training or floor activities as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality or a client-focused environment.
- Available for part-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and able to meet required weekly shift minimums.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with consistent attendance.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar operational role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
