Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards.
  • Assist in event execution and ensure accurate in-store promotional displays.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet assigned weekly shift/hours requirements; be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role or similar operations position.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and communicate it effectively to clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role, or in a store operations position with responsibility for inventory and merchandising.
