Sephora Operations Associate – Part-Time, Davie, FL. Support store operations, inventory, and merchandising in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage inventory control, restocking, and merchandise organization to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels
- Assist with visual merchandising by executing promotional setups, window displays, and event installations that reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences while working toward store sales goals
