Sephora Operations Associate part-time role in Dallas, TX. 15–29 hours/week, $19.80–$22.90/hr. Inventory, merchandising, and client support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandise organization
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork within the store environment
- Uphold company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
