The part-time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and events while helping deliver strong client experiences and sales results. This is a permanent position requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
