Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Execute receiving, tagging and accurate placement of merchandise; assist with cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Deliver reliable support to the sales team to help achieve client experience and sales objectives.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet required scheduling commitments, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Experience
