Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient shopping environment.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, back-stock organization and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and campaign requirements.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving store performance goals.
- Maintain operational standards, follow company policies, and contribute to a safe, secure store environment.
- Work flexible schedules and reliably meet required weekly shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey product knowledge effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and support sales-driven objectives.
- Availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
