The part-time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations in Corte Madera, including inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotions and events, while contributing to client service and sales goals. The role is permanent and scheduled for 15–29 hours per week, with availability required for nights, weekends and holidays. The hourly pay range is $22.60–$26.00, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Set up promotions accurately and execute events to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
