Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives to reflect Sephora's brand standards through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Assist the team in creating outstanding client experiences and supporting sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting openness and empowerment across the store
