The Part-Time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s store operations in Corpus Christi, including inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and promotional execution, while contributing to client service and sales goals. This is a permanent part-time role requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional setups and event execution accurately reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
