Sephora Coralville, IA — Operations Associate (full-time hourly) supporting inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with Sephora operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, merchandising and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and store events to reflect brand presentation guidelines.
  • Contribute to client service and sales goals by supporting the sales floor and delivering product knowledge when required.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
  • Maintain flexible availability and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge effectively.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stocking tasks.
  • Availability to meet role scheduling requirements (full-time: 30–40 hrs/week).

Experience
