Sephora Concord, CA is hiring an Operations Associate (Flex). Part-time role supporting inventory, merchandising and client experience at The Veranda store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day store operations to ensure an efficient, compliant and inviting retail environment.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional floor sets to accurately reflect brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
- Assist the sales team in delivering high-quality client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
- Maintain store standards, follow company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience.
- Promote teamwork and an inclusive culture through open communication and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role preferred.
- Proven organizational skills with strong time-management and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge to clients and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and goal-oriented.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet punctuality/attendance expectations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stocking tasks.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for the Flex program.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar operational or client-facing retail/hospitality role; demonstrated experience supporting inventory and merchandising priorities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certificates in retail, merchandising or customer service is a plus.
