Sephora is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate in Colorado Springs, CO. Manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations ($18–$23/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays and event setups accurately reflect brand directives.
- Assist the sales team to deliver outstanding client service and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Adhere to required scheduling commitments and remain available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and a methodical attention to detail.
- Proven customer service aptitude and effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and a goal-driven mindset.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained on‑floor duties.

Experience
1–2 years in a comparable role or experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments; demonstrated ability to support operational and merchandising tasks.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
