Sephora is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate in Colorado Springs, CO. Manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations ($18–$23/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays and event setups accurately reflect brand directives.
  • Assist the sales team to deliver outstanding client service and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Adhere to required scheduling commitments and remain available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and a methodical attention to detail.
  • Proven customer service aptitude and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and a goal-driven mindset.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained on‑floor duties.

Experience
