Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows that prioritize client experience
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and uphold operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
