Sephora is seeking a part-time Operations Associate for its College Station store to support inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and daily operations while contributing to strong client experiences. The permanent role requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
