Sephora Operations Associate position in Clinton Township, MI—flexible part-time hours (4–14 hrs/week), $18–$20.50/hr, retail operations and inventory support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Maintain operational standards and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute store events
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals
