Sephora seeks an Operations Associate in Clinton Township, MI — part-time retail role at $18.00–$20.50/hr supporting inventory, merchandising and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure merchandise availability.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and execute events.
- Contribute to an exceptional client experience by supporting the sales team and helping achieve store sales goals.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster inclusivity, punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail hours.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant experience considered.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and available for nights, weekends and holiday shifts as required.
