Sephora Operations Associate, part-time role in Cincinnati, Ohio. Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution aligned with Sephora's brand guidelines
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and contribute to a culture of openness and empowerment
