Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for its State Street store in Chicago, with a schedule of 15–29 hours per week. The role supports daily store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and client service, and requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
