Sephora is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to support store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotions, and events while helping deliver excellent client experiences. The regular permanent role is part-time, with a schedule of 15–29 hours per week, and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising.
• Set up promotions accurately and execute events in line with Sephora’s brand.
• Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Help foster an inclusive, open team culture where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Available for at least the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours: 15–29 hours per week for part-time roles.
• Available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual with consistent attendance.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
