Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain inventory through stock replenishment and order fulfillment while adhering to operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store environment reflects Sephora's brand standards and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service alongside the team while contributing to achievement of sales goals
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all team members feel empowered and valued
- Maintain store safety and security standards while upholding all company policies and creating an enjoyable shopping experience
