Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for a permanent position in Chestnut Hill, working 15–29 hours per week. The role supports store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising while helping deliver exceptional client service and uphold an inclusive, safe shopping environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising.
  • Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
