Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operational tasks including stock replenishment, inventory counts and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise availability.
- Manage back-of-house inventory processes and maintain accurate inventory records to minimise shrink and support omnichannel fulfilment.
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards and campaign requirements.
- Support the client experience by assisting sales teams with product knowledge, store readiness and event execution.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance and schedule flexibility to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
