Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, client-focused retail execution.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and campaign rollouts.
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to sales targets.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and support event execution as required.
  • Ensure punctuality and meet scheduled shift/hours requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Flexible availability with willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift/hours for role (Part Time: 15–29 hrs/week).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to perform standing and stockroom duties.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience required; typically 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused roles. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and the ability to perform in a fast-paced store environment.
