The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s Charlottesville store through inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and event execution while helping deliver strong client experiences and sales results. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
