Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
- Manage inventory tasks: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-compliant presentation
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve store sales goals
- Maintain a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures
- Work collaboratively with the store team to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repeated stocking duties
- Punctuality, consistent attendance and ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements
