Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and seasonal event executions.
  • Support the client experience by assisting team members with product knowledge, order processing and achievement of sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements; be available for assigned shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly hours for part‑time roles.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.

  • Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds and perform standing and movement required by retail operations.
