Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandising activities
- Manage inventory systems, monitor stock levels, and execute accurate product replenishment according to company protocols
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting team members in creating outstanding shopping experiences and contributing to sales goals
