Sephora Cedar Park is hiring a Part‑time Operations Associate. $19.80–$26/hr. Support inventory, merchandising and client service in a fast‑paced store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational continuity.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and execute in‑store events.
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences by assisting floor teams, supporting sales goals and maintaining a customer‑centric environment.
  • Uphold company policies, safety and loss‑prevention procedures to create a secure and compliant shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility to cover required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly hours for part‑time roles.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing operational roles.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly to support the client experience.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained standing and stockroom tasks.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
