Sephora in Canutillo, TX is hiring an Operations Associate — full-time hourly role ($16.60–$19.30/hr) supporting store operations and inventory.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling support, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, process stock replenishment, complete cycle counts and support order fulfillment.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by implementing promotional sets, seasonal displays and event layouts consistent with the brand.
  • Support the client experience by assisting the sales team with product availability, back-of-house organization and timely replenishment.
  • Contribute to a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet store sales goals, participate in team initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operational role.
  • Proven organizational and time-management capability with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal driven.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.

Experience
