The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s Burlington store through inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and client service. This is a permanent, part-time hourly role requiring 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $19.80–$22.90 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
