Sephora Burlington (MA) seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate. Hourly $19.80–$22.90/hr supporting inventory, merchandising and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day store operations including receiving, stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfilment to maintain product availability and visual standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand campaigns and event activations accurately.
- Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
- Maintain operational compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and well‑organised shopping environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team‑oriented culture and support store continuity during peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment; prior experience in store operations or merchandising preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part‑time scheduling.
