Sephora seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate in Buford, GA (Mall of Georgia). Hourly $18.00–$20.50/hr; inventory, merchandising and client‑service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
- Maintain operational standards and assist in event execution and in-store activations.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented work environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly shift/hours; be available for nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and a demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven teamwork and goal-driven mindset.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment; comfortable working in a fast-paced store setting.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational or retail-related training is a plus.
