Sephora seeks a full-time Operations Associate for its Flatiron Crossing store in Broomfield, Colorado. The role supports inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, events and client experience. The permanent position is scheduled for 30–40 hours per week and pays $19.80–$22.90 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising.
  • Ensure promotional displays are set up accurately and events are executed effectively to reflect Sephora’s brand.
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Promote an inclusive, open culture in which everyone feels empowered.
  • Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Availability to meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
  • Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
