Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the floor reflects Sephora’s brand standards and current campaigns.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies, loss-prevention procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure shopping environment.
  • Perform physical tasks as required (e.g., receiving shipments, lifting up to 50 lbs) and adapt to flexible scheduling during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail in inventory and merchandising tasks.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating customers on product features.

  • Physically able to perform stock handling duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
