Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain compliance with Sephora operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandise placement
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora brand standards and promotional setups
- Support the sales team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales objectives
- Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized shopping environment
