Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate in Brooklyn, NY (City Point) — hourly $21.75–$24.88/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards and event activations.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to drive sales goals and create an outstanding in-store experience.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment and uphold company policies for safety, security and customer service.
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility to meet required weekly shifts and be available during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, store operations or a client-facing role.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained periods of standing.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
1–2 years of progressive experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment, with demonstrated exposure to inventory processes and in-store merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
