Sephora in Brooklyn, NY (NY-Williamsburg) is hiring an Operations Associate (Part-Time). Hourly $21.75–$24.88; inventory, merchandising and client-service role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
  • Maintain operational standards and assist with housekeeping tasks to create a safe, attractive shopping environment.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance targets.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive culture by working cross-functionally with colleagues and adhering to company policies.
  • Be punctual and flexible to meet required weekly shift minimums and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and convey product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks on the sales floor.
