Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory tasks: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and support store events.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales and customer-experience objectives.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, goal-oriented team player.
- Availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, with punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
