Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, receiving, merchandising, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
- Provide excellent client service while supporting sales objectives and delivering an elevated in-store experience.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies for safety and security.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained on‑floor activity.
- Availability to meet required weekly shifts and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
