Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring operational standards and procedures are consistently met.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and support events.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales and client experience goals.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies related to safety, security and loss prevention.
- Maintain reliability and flexibility in scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet punctuality/attendance expectations.
- Physically able to perform stock-handling duties (up to 50 lbs).
