The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and exceptional client service. This part-time flex role offers non-guaranteed hours, with 4–14 hours per week as needed; availability is required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays and event setups accurately reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
- Be available for the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours: 4–14 hours per week as needed.

- Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- Be physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
