Sephora Boston (Newbury St) is hiring a part-time Operations Associate — $21.75–$23.36/hr; support inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event readiness.
  • Assist the sales floor to support client service, product presentation and achievement of store sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping environment.
  • Be punctual and reliably meet scheduled shifts; provide coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively on a team.
  • Ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly and support outstanding client service.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
