Sephora Operations Associate

1. Execute daily store operations to maintain efficient, organised retail flow and uphold Sephora operational standards.
2. Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
3. Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately represent brand campaigns and event activations.
4. Deliver excellent client service and assist the sales team in achieving store performance targets.
5. Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and adherence to company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Proven organisational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail.
3. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to support excellent client experiences.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and to collaborate within a team.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
