Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations to maintain efficient, organised retail flow and uphold Sephora operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately represent brand campaigns and event activations.
  • Deliver excellent client service and assist the sales team in achieving store performance targets.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and adherence to company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Proven organisational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to support excellent client experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment and to collaborate within a team.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
