Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and creating outstanding client experiences
