Sephora in Boise seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations (Boise, ID).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand aesthetics and planned events.
  • Contribute to exceptional client experiences by assisting the sales floor team, communicating product knowledge and helping the store meet sales objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability, meeting the minimum weekly shift/hours requirement and remaining available during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to learn product information quickly and convey product benefits to clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform stockroom tasks.
