Sephora seeks an Operations Associate for the Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota. This part-time position focuses on maintaining seamless store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and client service support. The role requires flexibility for peak retail scheduling and physical capability to handle stock management duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and cycle counts
- Assist with visual merchandising displays and promotional setups for brand consistency
